Monica A. Amini, Esq, is the founder and Managing Attorney of Amini Law, A Professional Corporation. Her representation consists of helping policyholders navigate through arduous insurance claims, assisting insureds overcome claims that are placed in the carrier’s Special Investigations Unit (SIU), defending clients’ Examination Under Oaths, overturning wrongful insurance denials and ultimately obtaining a maximized settlement. Additionally, Ms. Amini assists individuals who have sustained property damages and personal injuries, through no fault of their own, by pursuing the responsible party and recovering a fair settlement to restore them back into pre-loss conditions.

Ms. Amini received her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. Thereafter, Ms. Amini obtained her Juris Doctor from University of West Los Angeles School of Law. Ms. Amini graduated at the top of her class as the Valedictorian, Magna Cum Laude, was on the Dean’s List throughout her law school career, and was a six (6) times Witkin recipient. Ms. Amini strives to implement the same work ethic in her practice in handling complex cases on behalf of all her clients.
